With Seamus Heaney & Simon Armitage
Discover the poetry and prose which inspired Seamus Heaney and Simon Armitage as they appear together on stage at the Tricycle Theatre on Sunday 27th January 2013, 7pm-9pm.
Excerpts and poems selected by the poets will be read by the poets themselves and by leading West End actors Charles Dance and Jenny Jules. The event is directed by Sue Roberts, Executive Producer, BBC Radio Drama North.
All English PEN members and guests are warmly invited to join us at this performance which is being organised as a major benefit for English PEN.
With the kind cooperation of Seamus Heaney, Simon Armitage and the management of the Tricycle Theatre, all proceeds from the ticket price go directly to fund English PEN’s programmes in defence of the freedom to write and the freedom to read.
Tickets, including wine or soft drink at interval, are £35. A limited number of allocated seats are also available at a premium price of £50.
SOLD OUT call the Tricycle Box Office for returns on 020 7328 1000.
