Chinese Intellectuals' Petition on Tibet

English PEN has received the translation of an extremely well-worded document entitled 'Twelve Suggestions for Dealing with the Tibetan Situation by Some Chinese Writers', which was signed by almost 30 Chinese writers and intellectuals within China, including Independent Chinese PEN Centre member Liu Xiaobo, on 22 March.
