St Anne’s College, English PEN and Oxford Student PEN present: A seminar with Diego Marani and Judith Landry on Language, Translation, and Interpretation
Author of the prize-winning novels New Finnish Grammar (2011) and The Last of the Vostyachs (2012), Diego Marani is also a translator, essayist, the inventor of Europanto, and a Policy Officer for the EU’s Directorate-General on Interpretation.
Judith Landry is a translator and teacher. In addition to The Last of the Vostyachs, she has translated novels by Giovanni Verga, Jacques Cazotte, Sylvie Germain and Charles Nodier for Dedalus Books. She also translates works on art and architecture.
