Around 50 PEN members attended the WiPC gala eve at the New End Theatre on 2nd March for the premiere of Rosemary Friedman’s Change of Heart.

Rosemary Friedman, acclaimed writer and PEN member, whose previous works include the novel Intensive Care and the play Home Truths, has written a fascinating play, based on a true story, about a transplant specialist who becomes ill with the very disease she is researching and expects to be put on top of the transplant list.

Many thanks to Rosemary Friedman and the staff at the New End Theatre for making the evening so memorable.
